What you get

A personal code and a personal link. Anyone who buys with your code saves the discount shown in your account, and you earn the share shown in your account on what they paid for the products, after their discount and before delivery and tax. Both numbers are fixed for you on the day you are approved; if Vessel ever changes them, you are told first and the new numbers apply only to orders after that date.

When you are paid

Each share is held for 30 days after the order is paid, so a refund inside that time simply cancels it. After that it is yours. Once your balance is at least $50, you collect it from your account with one press, and Vessel sends it to your bank by ACH transfer. Vessel does not pay by check. Before your first payment you give us a W-9, and Vessel reports what it paid you to the IRS as the law requires.

Telling people

Every time you share your code or link, you say plainly, in the post itself and not only in your profile, that you earn from it. "#ad" or "I earn a share when you use my code" both work. That is the law on endorsements, not a Vessel preference.

What you may say

Vessel products are dietary supplements. You may share your own honest experience and the words Vessel publishes on vesselpeptides.com. You may not say or suggest that any Vessel product treats, cures, prevents or diagnoses any disease or condition, replaces a medicine or a prescription, or produces any particular result. You may not make before and after claims about a Vessel product, or describe it as a drug, a research chemical or an injectable. When you are unsure, use Vessel's own words or ask us first.

Approved pictures and words only

Everything you publish about Vessel uses the pictures in your partner account and words Vessel has published or approved for you in writing. Anything else is unapproved, whoever made it: your own photographs of the product, edited Vessel pictures, new claims, new captions or paid ads.

If you use unapproved pictures or words

The first time, Vessel tells you by email and pauses your code, your link or your trade account until it is taken down. You have 48 hours to take it down. Nothing is earned while you are paused, and Vessel may keep back anything you earned from the day it went up. Once it is down, you are switched back on.

A second time within 12 months, or anything not taken down within 48 hours, ends this agreement at once, and anything not yet paid to you is forfeited.

At any time, you repay Vessel any fine, penalty or cost a regulator, a platform or anyone else charges it because of something you published.

Where you may share

On your own channels and to people who have chosen to hear from you. Not in paid search ads on the Vessel name, not by spam, not on coupon or cashback sites, and never by buying anything with your own code to earn on it.

Ending it

Either of us can end this agreement at any time, for any reason, by email. Anything already earned under it and not reversed by a refund inside the hold period is still paid. Vessel may end it at once, and withhold anything not yet paid, if you break the rules on what you may say or where you may sell.

The rest

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or franchisee of Vessel, and you may not sign anything or make any promise on Vessel's behalf. Vessel may change these terms by giving you the new version to sign; nothing changes until you have. Idaho law governs this agreement.

What you get

The right to buy Vessel products at trade price, which is the discount off the price on vesselpeptides.com shown on your order page, and to resell them from your own premises and to your own clients.

Orders

Every order meets the minimum shown on your order page. Larger orders reach the higher levels shown there, and the free boxes at those levels are added to that order. Vessel confirms each order and sends an invoice; it ships once the invoice is paid. Delivery is added to the invoice at cost.

Where you may sell

From your own premises and to your own clients, in person or through your own website. Not on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop or any other marketplace, and not to another reseller. You may not advertise Vessel products for less than the price on vesselpeptides.com. You sell the products in their sealed Vessel packaging, as they arrived, and never repackage, relabel or split a box.

Returns

A box that arrives damaged or wrong is replaced when you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Sealed stock is not otherwise returnable.

What you do

You introduce shops, gyms, clinics and similar businesses to Vessel wholesale, using the page and materials Vessel gives you. A business that applies through your page is recorded as yours.

What you earn

A commission on the value of every paid wholesale order placed by a business recorded as yours, for as long as that business keeps ordering. The rate is set by the level each order reaches, as shown in your account, on the value of the products before delivery and tax. Free boxes earn nothing.

When you are paid

Samples

You may order a small monthly allowance of sealed boxes at Vessel's cost, shown in your account, to leave with businesses you are introducing. They are for that purpose only and may not be resold.
