What this shop knows about you, why it knows it, and how to make it forget.
What we collect
Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered. Our website host records the usual visit information, such as the pages loaded and the browser used.
We do not collect your card number. Our card processor handles the payment and we only ever see the last four digits and whether it worked.
What this shop is not
This shop holds no medical record. It asks no health questions, and nothing you type here goes anywhere except to fill your order.
Why we hold it
To take the order, to ship it, to answer you if something goes wrong, and to keep the books the law requires us to keep.
We email you about your order because you bought something. We only email you about anything else if you asked us to, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works.
Who else sees it
The card processor, the delivery carrier, and the company that hosts this website. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information and we never have.
Cookies
This shop sets a small file so your basket survives while you look at another page, and so you stay signed in if you make an account. There is no advertising tracker on this site.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Everything else is deleted when you ask.
Getting a copy, or being forgotten
Email info@vesselmenshealth.com and ask. We send you what we hold, or we delete it, within thirty days. Order records we are required to keep are the one exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
Under 18
This shop is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold information about a child.
