Shipping and returns

What it costs, when it arrives, what the box looks like, and what happens if you want to send it back.

Where we ship

All fifty United States. We do not ship outside the country.

What it costs

Free on orders of $150 or more. $9.95 under that. One rate, whatever is in the basket.

When it leaves

Orders placed before 2pm Mountain time on a working day leave the same day. Everything else leaves the next working day. You get a tracking link by email the moment it does.

What the box looks like

A plain box. No product name, no brand name, nothing on the outside that says what is inside. The label carries a return address and nothing else.

Sending something back

An unopened tin, with its seal intact, can come back within 30 days of arriving. Email info@vesselmenshealth.com first and we send you the address.

Once a tin is opened it cannot come back. These are sealed strips you put in your mouth, and there is no way for us to sell one on safely.

Return postage is yours. Your refund goes to the card you paid with, within five working days of the tin reaching us, for the price of the product.

If we got it wrong

Wrong strip, damaged tin, missing box: email a photo within seven days of it arriving. We send the right one that day and we pay the postage both ways. You keep the one that arrived wrong.

If it never arrives

If tracking says delivered and it is not there, tell us within seven days. We chase the carrier and we replace it once.

Getting an address wrong

Email info@vesselmenshealth.com the moment you notice. If it has not left the building we fix it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot change it, and a package that comes back to us is refunded for the product and not the postage.

Cancelling

Email before it ships and we cancel it in full. After it ships, the return rules above apply.
